Goodbye Rameera & Mae~

Yesterday was extremely eventful (by my standards, especially, haha!) and there were so many pictures that I wanted to upload... but blogspot can be a real bugger sometimes when it comes to photo-blogging (slow, lots of errors...) so I just discovered that if I cram a whole lot of pictures into one using photoshop (thank you for downloading it for me, De!!) -- it not only takes less than 30 seconds to upload, I can post up a LOT of pictures in one go.

Yayyyy... (Sha-Lene just discovered blogging paradise tip)...

Okay, first up... Friday morning. After Math class, about three quarters of the class set off North-East from the Taylor's main gates. I can't say that we all went to Salmon Steak, because half the bunch stopped short at the mamak stall and didn't come to Rameera's farewell. Haha! Can you believe that? A couple of pebbles' throw away and they could have been sitting at Salmon Steak, where there we had air-conditioning and Rameera.

By the way... the photo in the right-hand bottom corner yeah... haha it LOOKS like Rameera's crying but she's not... we were both supposed to act "sorrowful" and "sad" for the photo... clearly I was not meant to pursue a career in theatre. *sniffs* I never seem to be able to wipe that stupid smile off my face! Hahaha!

Hmm ... okay above we have a backlog photo from my cheer-upping trip to the marketplace near college. I think that was when I realised I really like hanging out with the Laura-Mary-Hong Ting group. :] And below the marketplace shot, I found two curiously amusing pictures from Salmon Steak. I didn't tell them I was taking a picture! Hong Ting so funny la. I think he automatically smiled & posed for the camera. Heeheee.

And another four photos from college on Friday... I like to take advantage of days when I bring my camera to college, haha... top left-hand corner we have An Nie, Sara & myself... I angled the camera wrongly ): ... that was in the library (haha!)... then beside that pic is a shot of Ming doll, Li Shan a.k.a. Mau Chan, Kang & Cass.

Below that photo you'll find the incredibly adorable An Nie, with two books... hehehe... one's a ridiculously thick novel about dogs... she's a dog nut... haha... and finally, on the bottom left-hand corner, Wen Ming & me. We kinda look alike in this photo! Haha! I think so... since we both have straightened hair & are pulling the relatively same expression. Hehee. But she looks cuter than me! Hahaha! I can't pull off the poor-puppy face! Yerr...

Hmm... alritey ... after college, I hopped on the 2pm bus with Carmeny (Nicholas didn't take the 2pm bus this time, he stayed back to play football... ): so Carmeny gave me a ride home from the bus stop 'cause otherwise I'd have to walk home alone... hehe dangerous times ya) & headed for home. I was in such a down-by-the-dumps mood around that time (bummed out for reasons I cannot fathom), so after a while we started clicking away with the camera. Products of bus camwh*ring posted below.

You want to hear something creepily hilarious? The two girls sitting behind me & Carmen were like... our 2-minute-slower shadows. So funny!

Ok it's like this... at first, me & Carmen were taking pictures, right? Then after that, we started talking about erm.. I forgot what we were talking about, but let's just say it was about apples, k? Then... a couple of minutes after we are done with the camera, we can hear a cameraphone clicking away behind us. Me & Carmen stared at each other and laughed silently. Then, we talk about, say, apples. About a couple of minutes later, we hear the two girls behind us talking about apples, too! OMG! Hahahahahahaa!! By that time, I was trying so hard not to laugh, I was making that desperate kek-kek-kek-kek sound in my throat. So freaky la!! I know it was prolly just a coincidence, or they were trying to mock us, but what ever it was, it was so blo*dy entertaining.

By the time I got home & bathed and all, it was about 4pm... I thought I had all the time in the world to get a million things done before going out that night, but after diddling around the house and talking to mummy, it was 5.45pm and I was still lolling around doing nothing in my jammies. Heehee.

So, I called DeeDee and drawled the usual "Ehhh... am I supposed to be at your house already? heeheehee"s... then we started talking on the phone... hahah if you are not a teenage girl right now, you probably will not understand how on earth two teenage girls can talk on the phone about stuff when they are going to see each other in 10 minutes and FOR the rest of the night. Maybe it is just me and De, and the way our mouths are never shut when you put us together. This is exactly why both of us only got 8A's for SPM, haha.

Anyway, finally I hung up around 6 something ... and then ... sat back down to cut my fingernails. Haha!! I think nobody can ever, ever rely on me to be punctual. Sometimes I'm such a sloth, I can't even believe myself. Hahaaha. Then, I diddled upstairs to change into my idea of party clothes (hehehe my denim skirt & the pink ruffled blouse)... and when I got back downstairs, Denise had already texted me with the compulsory "HAHA me out of shower already. Slowpoke! :*" ... couldn't stop grinning about what an adorable little porcupine DeeDee can be sometimes.

I drove to De's house (whee~ Mum shouts at me less and less now... yay...) and stomped around inside being hyper... I was supposed to check out De's university word list (which she claimed I would love) for her external exam on this coming Tuesday ... she takes UNSW Foundation at KDU by the way... but she left it in college. Dopey dope. Haha.

Now, we were supposed to all meet at The Curve at 7pm... but we are all crappy at passing messages around, and Sara (whose daddy was fetching us there that night) thought we were meant to LEAVE the house at 7pm. Hahaha! Well anyway, it was all cool because everyone was late anyway, so the whole crew ended up arriving at The Curve at the same time. We are funny little tardy girls, yes we are!

The moment we reached The Curve, you won't believe what we got to see! Male models parading around on-stage, their trendy clothes unbuttoned to expose their shiny six-packs & enhance their chiseled features. Oh . my . gawd.. (Seng Ming likes to say "Who's your God?" with a wicked grin every time I say that ;P) Anyway, what an Greek-God-like memorable kick-start to the night! I've never actually seen a fashion show from up close before!

When I saw Mae, I was a big pink thing hurtling towards her and hugging her. Hahaha! Then, De, Carmen, Mae & I went to the Cineplex (where they apparently don't allow cameras... so stupid... I can't imagine why cameras should be banned from any part of the world! XD Anyway, when the security dudes told us to put away our cameras, I was only tempted to take more pictures. Haha! And we were making fun of the Cineplex guards all night, i.e. Sara's smart remarks like "Oh, let's not stand around here for too long, in case they come out and say "EH! Tak boleh berdiri di satu tempat lebih lama dari lima minit!", "EH! Tak boleh berdiri di atas jambatan yang boleh lihat Cineplex!" HAHAHAHA...)... where we met up with Shiat Nee... she is so pretty! Really! And very sweet :] Yay new friend.

We waltzed around scouting for a nice spot to plant our arses for a nice dinner... (bumped into Soo Huan also! She's so cute! She told me she's going to Perak -- or was it Perlis? Or Kedah? Prolly Perak, hee -- for AIMTS or APES or something like that. Science and Tech university.

Oh ya, anyway, we finally sat down for dinner at a quaint little place called Vivo (I kept saying "VIVO LAS VEGAS" after that, ahahhaha) ... we had lasagna, pizza, heavenly marshmallow-chocolate drinks... ahhh... hahah... pretty small portions (only De finished the entire pizza, haha!) so we weren't too stuffed. Good la.

After that, we went to Popular (that was the only place we went shopping ):) ... and I bought a new notebook! RM2.50 ... a really nice one... I'm using it as my Economics notebook now. :] You see, shopping encourages people to study more! Hahah!

Got back home before midnight ... Carmeny's dad gave us a ride back home... it was a fun night out! :] I really like going out at night, it's so much quieter & less crowded & I just feel more adventurous & hyper... but I almost never stay out so late, have trouble getting back home & I don't think many of friends' parents would allow that, not even sure if my own parents allow that ... hahaha ... but I think when Vanessa gets back, we'll hang out more at night. :] Can't wait to see Karin again, too! Maybe I'll learn some Spanish for real this time! "Hola mi amor" started to bore me about two months ago. Hahaha. Yup, things can only hold my attention/interest for this long: --> <-- (referring to space between arrows).
