Green Green Grass of Home

Bonjour mon ami!

You know how Wei June always calls 5 Cengal outings "bachelor outings"? Haha well, she wasn't exaggerating!

There were only 3 girls who went to the outing today -- Wei June, Denise & yours truly. *ROTFL* The rest of the people who came were Mark, Wen Tye, Xin Kai, Darryl, Guan Meng, Beng Keat, Victor, Jian Hung, Henry... and Sam & Joshua came for a couple of minutes... I've never felt so "odd-one-out"-ish in a group outing before, even with two other girls! Now I understand how Wei June feels when she goes to one of our class outings and finds only a couple of girls present. I'm so sorry for not going those past few times, mi amor Wei June! :)

All righty, I've got college tomorrow so I'll just post up some photos with some comments, to show you how the day basically went! Hehe! It was very enjoyable!~

Before meeting up with our classmates, Denise & I went window-shopping -- and we bumped into Sue-Mae & her friends! Yayness, more pictures! ;) Haha this was taken with Sue-Mae's camera .. the cameraperson's hand shook so the pic is blur, but look how bright it is! And ... AND... green green green! Hahah! *Note: Sue-Mae and I are wearing the same green bolero thingy by the way! Haha I love this picture!

And look! This is Wong Wen Ming, one of my new H1 classmates! :D It turns out that she is one of Sue-Mae's closest friends, isn't that mighty awesome?

That's Mark, Xin Kai & Jian Hung! :D This was like a farewell thing from 5 Cengal to Mark Tan... because he's leaving to Melbourne soon! The boy in the middle, Xin Kai, is a reaally nice guy.. funny story... I was his Physics lab partner for a P.E.K.A. experiment... and as all of you may know, I absolutely cannot understand physics experiments. Anyway, he explained what ever I didn't understand to me.

You see, you can usually tell who the nice people are during P.E.K.A. experiments in the labs, because when everyone is rushing for time and really can't afford to risk their scores by stopping and helping another classmate; there will be some who will still help. There will always be students who struggle with the experiments & need help (although we're not supposed to receive any help during the experiments)... haha anyway, Mark helped me for Physics too -- told me critical things like where to plug in the batteries on the reostat (how is that spelled in English?). I think I would have just collapsed and died during the Physics P.E.K.As if it weren't for these two guys, HAHAHA...

Furthest in the picture is Jian Hung -- he's in Taylor's College, too! :)

Mi amor Denise, for some funny psychic reason, decided to wear green as well! Hahaha it looks so funny-weird now. We kept laughing about this picture when we saw it come up on the camera screen, because of how black our hair was and how green our clothes were. The rest of our classmates thought we were on some kind of environmental mission!

Group photo! This is at the end of the day when half the group had already gone home... :( ... but anyway, just check out the boy-girl ratio for yourself! Haha!

Guess who we bumped into at the bowling alley? Shern Ren & Jacqueline & a few more of their friends that I don't know! Hahahaha naturally, I said, "Hey, we can take a picture!". Ta-dah!

My National Service hero! Hahaha introducing Chan Wei June from Beranang camp! She's grown so much tanner now, but oh well, that only makes her even more adorable yeah! :D
